The Township of Nipigon advises residents that construction the Hospital Sewer Relocation Project has been temporarily halted. This was done to allow for an additional engineering study to address replacing a collapsed culvert and stabilizing the banks along a section of Hogan Road.  

Drilling and soil sampling has already taken place, and a topographical survey has been completed, with the study expected to be completed soon.  

The Township will provide an updated schedule for completing the Hospital Sewer Relocation Project and re-opening Hogan Road as soon as it becomes available.  The Township appreciates everyone’s patience and cooperation while this important work is being completed.
