Regular Council meetings are being held remotely over Zoom.
Watching a Meeting on Zoom
To watch a Council meeting, simply click or tap the Zoom meeting link on the Meeting Schedule page . When the Zoom meeting page opens, you will be asked to enter the Meeting ID and Passcode.
How to Join a Meeting on Zoom
You can join and watch a meeting on your computer as an attendee using the Zoom app. If you are using a tablet or a smartphone, you must first download the Zoom app.
Join a Meeting from a Computer
If you don’t have the Zoom app installed on your computer:
- Click on the webinar link
- In the window that opens, click on “Download Now”.
- When the application is downloaded, it will open automatically, or you may have to open it manually depending on your computer settings.
- After the application is opened the installation will start.
- In the next windows that open, please enter the Meeting ID and Passcode, then click the Join button
If you had already installed the Zoom app on your computer:
- Click on the Webinar link
- In the pop-up box that opens, click on “Open Zoom.us”.
- In the next windows that open, please enter the Meeting ID and Passcode, then click the Join button
