Take Hwy 17 west out of Nipigon, turn right onto Cameron Falls Road (ON-585 N), the Landfill entrance is 2km up the road on the left.

Access is restricted to 15 minutes prior to posted hour of closing.
Gates will be locked on the hour.
There is no tipping fee for Nipigon residents/property users on regular household garbage (appropriately bagged).

**Cardboard Cartons are not considered as rural garbage or regular garbage and can be taken to the Nipigon Recycling Depot.
During 2 week Spring Clean Up and 1 week Fall Clean Up landfill tipping fees are waived for all household materials and yard waste if delivered by the owner.

NOTE: Cost of bulldozer and/or backhoe will be charged in addition if the capacity of the load requires pushing.
Spring Clean Up
All materials (householders shall securely tie all newspapers, magazines and carboard cartons, branches in compact bundles weighing not more than 50 (fifty) pounds in weight. Branches must be no longer than 4 feet, picked up by Public Works Crew, and free of charge if delivered by owner.
Fall Clean Up
Landfill site tipping fees waived if delivered by owner. Pick up is not available.
- PLEASE ensure your load is secure and loose items are bagged when transporting to the landfill site.
- Scavenging is prohibited.
- Violators may be prosecuted for trespassing.
