The Township of Nipigon Public Works Department will be conducting routine hydrant flushing over the next three days:
Wednesday, August 5
Thursday, August 6
Friday, August 7
Hydrant flushing will take place in the following areas:
- Greenmantle Drive
- Nipigon Marina
- Park Road
- Duluth Street
- Radisson Street
- Sanderson Street
- Front Street
- Newton Street
- 1st Street
- 2nd Street
- 3rd Street
- River view Drive
During flushing, residents may experience temporary discolored water or a slight reduction in water pressure. While the water remains safe, discoloured water may stain laundry. If you notice discolouration, run your cold water tap for several minutes until the water clears.
