NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF COUNCIL

Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of Council for the Township of Nipigon will be held:

Wednesday, September 2, 2026, 5:30 p.m. Council Chambers, 52 Front Street, Nipigon

The Special Meeting has been called to consider a time-sensitive engineering proposal related to the Hogan Road embankment and culvert and the sanitary sewer project currently under construction.

The meeting has been called on shortened notice in accordance with section 10 of the Township's Procedural By-law due to the need for Council direction in relation to the active construction project.

Written comments regarding the matter may be submitted to the Clerk at until 4:30 p.m. on September 2, 2026.
