Assistive Services

CELA materials are restricted to people with print disabilities living in Canada.  A print disability is a learning (comprehension), physical (ie: arthritis), or visual reason that prevents a person from reading conventional print.  Alternate resources include books on CD and downloadable ebooks, magazines and newspapers.  We have a Victor Reader available to borrow.

The Library offers audiobooks, eBooks, large print, and DAISY books as part of our regular collection.

Large Print

Large Print books are complete, unabridged books designed with large, clear easy-to-read font on non-glare paper.
